Praça do Cruzeiro Quinhentista
The Cruzeiro Quinhentista was built in 1922, in commemoration of the centenary of the Independence of Brazil, at the request of the then governor of São Paulo Washington Luiz de Souza. Its location marks the meeting point of the Caminho do Mar – Road to the sea - and the Padre José de Anchieta (A Jesuit missionary) Road, a route used by tropeiros - drovers - and travelers to descend the Serra do Mar. Currently, it is surrounded by Nove de Abril Avenue, Bernardo Geisel Filho Avenue and Camino del Mar Road, in the Jardim das Indústrias neighborhood.
The monument has a cross sculpted in blocks of natural granite, with its base covered with hand-painted tiles with images of explorers, two dates: 1500 and 1922, and names of Jesuit settlers.

Atlântico Hotel
The history of the Atlântico Hotel is linked to the urbanization of the Gonzaga neighborhood in Santos. It was inaugurated on November 29, 1928, in a complex of buildings associated with a casino, which had already existed since 1922. Its sumptuous five-story structure occupied the corner of Presidente Wilson Avenue - the border of Gonzaga Beach - and Ana Rosa Avenue. This hotel owned by the "Companhia Atlântico Hotel Teatro e Casino" called the attention for its architectural novelties. In 2004, the process of registration in the historical heritage began. In addition to the preserved premises, the hotel preserves the revolving doors that it has had since its inauguration, the marble floor and the Ionic columns of the entrance hall. The rooms have been revitalized. However, the hotel remains in the same original style, preserving the memory and historical status.

Teatro Guarany
The first building specially designed for theater activities in Santos opened in 1882 and was destroyed by a fire that only spared the outer walls in 1981. After being abandoned for two decades, the building was totally rebuilt by the City Hall and delivered in 2008. Complementing the beauty of the building, two of Paulo Von Poser's paintings stand out - the one in the ceiling depicts a scene from José de Alencar's novel O Guarany and the one in the foyer on the second floor is a re-reading of Benedicto Calixto's painting, which shows Santos viewed from the top of the Serrat Hill. The theater works both a venue for shows and as the municipal school of performing arts.
