Edgar Raposo, also known as “Mr. Groovie” and responsible for the label Groovie Records, based in Lisbon, is an acclaimed connoisseur of Portuguese and Brazilian rarities of the 60s/70s. He created compilations such as the iconic “Brazilian Nuggets” series and contributed to the “Soul Braza” and “Java Java – Indonesia Screaming Fuzz’ compilations.” He released the iconic Portuguese Nuggets and the book Portugal Electro in Portugal.
