Chela De Ferrari reveals the creative process of her “free” version of Shakespeare’s play, written and directed by her, based on the ideas, interests, and demands of the eight actors and actresses with Down syndrome staring in the production. Participants have access to the intimacy of the rehearsal room to learn about the discoveries and challenges of more than a year of work. It shows how the connections between characters, monologues, and scenes from the tragedy and the lives of actors and actresses in this montage are woven.

Activity aimed at educators.
